All posted parking signs supersede local parking

restrictions and should be obeyed at all times.


 

Main Street - Construction Zone

Please pay special attention to the posted "No Parking" zones on Main St.

Areas where construction is taking place have these restrictions posted and in effect.

Vehicles can be ticketed and towed if they are obstructing traffic or construction work.

 


 

Residential Zone Parking Restriction - Not in effect at this time:

(Effective first Tuesday after Labor Day until the Friday prior to Memorial Day)

Persons parking near Centenary College should pay special attention to the signs

posted that prohibit parking without a residential or visitors' permit. (L.O. 13-19b)

Vehicles parked in these posted areas are required to display the parking sticker or visitors' pass

which is issued by the Town of Hackettstown to its residents who live in the areas surrounding the college.

This parking restriction begins every Monday at 6:00 am and continues until Friday 7:00 pm.

* Vehicles displaying this sticker are still required to follow the Overnight Parking Restrictions.

 


 

Overnight Parking Restriction - Not in effect at this time:

(Effective October 1st until May 1st of the following year.)

No parking on any town street/property from 3 am - 4 am. (L.O. 13-6)

Vehicle owners requesting to park on town streets or property, between these hours,

are required to call in your license plate number and location to police dispatch (908) 852-3300.
